Unresponsive screen

I got a ellipsis hd 8, paid it off, havnt used it in a while, went to use it and the screen is unresponsive.  I factory reset it, didn’t fix the issue.  Reset in safe mode, still didn’t fix the issue.

Lunaboona, this can become a common issue if the tablet isn't used and the internal battery is fully drained. Please attempt to charge the tablet using a USB cable connected to a computer for at least 30 minutes.

Then attempt a soft reset and let us know if anything changes. Thank you.
