Why do apps take so long to load

Why trying to open apps such as Netflix or doubleu casino it takes forever to connect. I Am on wifi and it's full strength

It's not the strength of your connection, it's the available RAM and memory on the tablet.  And unfortunately, there isn't a way to make it faster, other than to ensure that there are no other apps open when you are using the chosen app.  Even then, the amount of RAM available on the Ellipsis (10, 8 or 7) is not much, and apps will be slow to open and use, even if they are the only thing open.
