can not connect to printer

Does the code appear on the tablet or the printer? Does it only say "spooler"?

On the tablet and yes..."Print Spooler has stopped"

Which app are you trying to use in conjuction to printing? HP ePrint?

On your tablet go into settings>applications>application manager

You may only need to do Settings>application manager

scroll to all and find the app you're using to print and force stop, clear cache and data and restart

Honestly I'm not sure. Is it an app that was released by HP? Did it come included with your phone? What printer do you have, I'll look and see if there is an app designated for that printer. Did you check your Google Play store to see if the app needed an update?

yeah I don't know...I've went on wifi on tablet to see if its connected ...it is...turned on data on tablet and still same warning spooler has stopped..Hey thanks for trying!
