cant process credit card purchases with Google info saved?

When playing Candy Crush, tablet cannot process credit card purchases from my Google saved info?  Any thoughts?

Not here to judge but I was on that game for a while.  It's very addictive.

Only think I could think of is that your Google account is only attached to a phone and not your Ellipsis or your Google card is attached to a profile that is not on your Ellipsis .
