I can not get my tablet to do anything except restart itself over and over. It won't shut off or do a hard manual factory restart.  I have tried eveyrhing Hhheeeelllppp!!!!

Help is here, Ivy. Did this start after installing a particular app? Were you using the device when it started rebooting? Please try to see if you can get your tablet into Safe Mode http://vz.to/1xqt6Jh.
