How do I get credit for overages that are happening again?
We use my tablet as a hot spot. We started seeing overages again in July and then had problems with internet connections in August, so got a new SIM card. Then overages went way up. We only use our device for emails and facebook and browsing news items. No videos.
The device has been sent in to Verizon for troubleshooting as to why it is recording such high usage.
There has to be a better way for customers to monitor their own data usage, so surprises of unused data charges quit happening.
I would like to be credited for data overages of $100
that were NEVER USED.

syj1969, this is very concerning. We do not want to see you going over in your data. I want to find out what is going on. I will be sending you a private message.

Do you have a password on it to keep others who are nearby from using it too?

yes, we have it password protected and change the password once a year.
The overages appear to happen when we are not using it. We forget to turn it off at night and that seems when we get hit.
