update wiped device OS completely

After I attempted to update my tablet it no longer has an operating system. The screen comes on says welcome than immediately after displays the powered by Android it goes blank. Still on but goes nowhere. Completely unresponsive. I cant find any information on manuly installing the update, new firmware or anything else to help. What can  be done to fix? Where can I find new ROM?

I want to make sure we get your tablet back up and running.  The Software  update can only be completed with the tablet is turned on.  Are you getting any error messages on your tablet?  If the tablet is unresponsive starting the tablet with a Factory Reset will be the next best step.  Click on the link.
