Shucks, I thought it was  late December 2004, but I got the other three answers correct. I’m a Verizon customer, not an employee, but I do retain quite a bit of knowledge, and have above average knowledge/experience with communication technology. Also If I don’t know any information to help anyone out, if I use google to help answer anyone’s questions or queries, I always make sure to that it comes from factual objective sources, that are trustworthy before replying with anything that can help or solve your issue’s. Just a friendly tip due to the sheer amount of topics from spam callers and no one has offered a solution that doesn’t involve using a third party app, etc.

If you are being harassed, threaten, etc, by a caller that is “ spoofing “. Immediately dial *57 as soon as you hang up so it can be filed and logged into the system. That should help with solving your issue, and it works for landlines as well.
