Can I block my phone number when sending a text message?
Great question! Verizon doesn't offer a service that will block your phone number from being displayed when you're sending text messages from your mobile phone. However, there are third-party options available that offer that service, but please note that Verizon doesn't support those options.
Verizon does offer an option to block your phone number from being displayed when placing calls from your phone with our Caller ID Block feature. However, this option doesn't work with sending text messages from your mobile phone.
