I feel so stupid for still being with this company! A friend of coworker helped find my missing photos and videos but I still have to be able to log in from my own computer to transfer them! I have already set up a cloud acct and watched any useless how-to video they have! I need a direct link to sign in and none on the site are working!
With so many companies offering free cloud storage no reason for people to still use pix place. Also no worries about pictures and videos getting deleted. Microsoft One Drive and Google Drive have apps you can use right from you phone to up load pix and videos to the cloud.
