everything gone folders, and what was in them, was important to me. 9/12/2013, today email from verizon states working to get folders back for customers. thank u and i pray so.

To Verizon.& JOSE , Thanks for posting your note. I had responded before, and seen your reply on the folder issues. I thought I had wrote it, and I looked closer and it was u, JOSE, apparently we felt the same way. When I read how they were going to get the folders back, I couldn't believe it. How were they going to do that! Well 4 days later all my folders were back and material inside. So I wanted to thank Verizon, and how hard they must have worked to fix folders for all us customers, and thanks JOSE for giving the +feedback to Verizon. So I did the same. Because there needs to be more people like u,that give compliments and kudos to people when needed. Good for u all for being so thoughtful. The site wouldn't let me put your name in the way u had it. Apparently PC's need some more education, because they don't recognize usernames. Sincerely NANABOONANA
Keep the faith! I just checked my folders and everyting is back! Excellent work by the tech staff and a bing thumbs up to them. I would also like to complement the moderators of this forum. There has been ton of posts in the various subforums and they are all doing a great job consolidating them. Also thanks for keeping us up to date with your status posts!

All of my folders and contents are still gone! How long until I can expect them back? They have important travel information I need this week.....HELP!!!

I would highly recommend getting someone on the telephone who can expedite this. If the lower tier support is not able to accomplish a restore I would ask for a supervisor and/or upper level support and explain how long you have been waiting.
