AOL makes it impossible for me to evenset up an account - claiming technical issues.
Reps keep trying to enroll me in a monthly fee technical help service program. I refuse to give AOL a credit card number. I WAS with AOL a decade ago and left for dozens of reasons. NOt happy with Verizon decision. My wife still has a free AOL account email established when NETSCAPE folded. This whole thing stinks.
