AOL Verizon.net Email Will Not Connect to My IOS Mail Account

Same issue here, my @verizon.net email hosted by aol will not connect to my IOS Verizon mail account. This issue appeared after signing into AOL.mail directly (to blanket delete old POP3 messages) and being served the warning “insecure third-party access…”
