I have both a Verizon and AOL account.
I use my AOL account daily and recently was sending out Thank you's/Christmas greetings, so it appeared to be 'bulk' or spam mail. Now any e-mails I send to my Verizon friends get kicked back. Is there a way to be taken off of the blocked list? If so, how? Please advise as to the steps I should take. Thanks.
Hi Kafpa,
Are you getting any error message from Verizon Security Department? If so, there should be an instruction of what group you should contact to get this issue resolved. Please post back if problem still exist.
Thanks,
DSD
There was no type of contact info at all.
The message I was getting was:

The e-mails are finally going through.....it took about a week for verizon.net e-mail to get through.
Not sure if there is something I could do or some place to call in the event this happens again.
Thanks,
Karen
So it is starting again today....I send out e-mails to people I use to work with - I do them 50 at a time....
I was on my 3rd one and got the message below - this will continue to happen for at least 5 days! Not sure why they keep doing this! Is there a way to get my e-mail on a non-spammer list?????
I am not a spammer - I am just communicating information!
