AOL email was down for a while

So AOL email that Verizon outsourced to was out for about 2.5-3 hours or something.

Now it is up and i can use the aol mail, but it isnt downloading to MS Outlook now and i didnt change any settings there.  So what are the new settings.  AOL always wants money to help me. I dont think i should have to pay to get the settings for my MS Outlook to work with AOL Mail.  This happens wayyyy to often. Who can help me? AOL just sends canned responses.
