Account locked and password will not reset

I am unable to access my Verizon Yahoo emails.  The account was locked and I was required to change my password and the link it takes me to is the Verizon Fios page This page does not reset the verizon yahoo password.  Verizon support can chnage the fios password but cannot help with the yahoo password.  I have 5 accounts impacted by this problem!
