All verizon emails gone? Anyone experiencing this?

I was on vacation. Today I check my email using verizon webmail. One second was there, After I hit refresh, the inbox folder was empty. All my email for the past 2 years are gone. I've lost all my new email while I am on vacation.  I immediately check the Trash folder but nothing was there either. ( I though I was accidently hit empty the folder even though I never saw the re confirmation window). 

Call verizon tech support, he accused me of hitting empty button by accident and couldn't help anything. Even though I insisted that even that all the email should still be in the Trash folder.

Anyone experiences this?

I notice that they upgrade to the new version also.

Consider:

#1 Adding a sub folder, and moving e-mail messages that you want to keep there.

#2 Changing the password to your e-mail account.

Yes I am expereiencing the same thing. Have been without email now for a full week.
