Another email outage today

I was able to log in earlier this morning, but as of now, not only can I not access via the web, I am also having trouble with the Verizon website in general.

How widespread is this?

Sorry for any issues you may have experienced with your email today! The good news is that should be resolved now.

As for My Verizon, I'm looking into that now and will get back to you once I have more information.

My email is still out. Been having issues since last night (10.24.12). Spoke with support—issue is apparently widespread? I am in Eastern PA; still cannot access email. I have Verizon/Yahoo service. Others?

Heather, it's 4:14 pm in Northern Virginia and my e-mail is out on 10/25/12.  Been having troubles all day.  What gives?

I don't know where you are located, I am in NJ and I also have no email and cant access anything of verizon's.  I'm surprised I even got in here since you have to log in.

It seems that as well as having no customer service, they can't even provide the service we pay for.  I am so sick of verizon. I am considering canceling everything and I have everything.  It's not worth the aggravation.  You cant speak to anyone on the phone you go into voice response hell.  If you do get anyone on the phone all they are interested in doing is selling you something.  This used to be a great company now they are the worst of the worst

It's 6:58 PM, I have no email and no other Verizon apps.

I don't know when it went live, but a major redesign of the web pages is now active.  Possibly responsible for the Webmail outages.  Note email, at least in VHO 5, never appeared to be out.
