Atrocious Webmail System

Just departed FIOS, and one big reason was the nonsensically origanized and largely disfunctional webmail system. While I could put up with the former, the latter was, and remains as of this writing, intolerable. Webmail works fine when accessed from home, but near instantly disconnects 99.5% of time when accessed away. Calls to tech support including references to other forum postings (all unanswered) apparently either can't be investigated internally, can't be understood, or are simply being ignored. Our internet access at work is provided on a DSL line, but why does Cablevision's webmail (which is much superior) work fine where FIOS doesn't?  I won't miss 'em.
