Hi
In the last few weeks email sent to me from a friend has been rejected before getting to me. The email is from the domain SUNBEACH.NET. Is Verizon blocking this? If so, is there a list where I can put the address so mail will get through to me?
Thanks

Is your friend getting a bounceback message?
I am having the same problem with my friends who are ptd.net customers.
They get email from me but I am not getting their replies.
Just in the past few weeks and no changes made to my email program.
They are not getting any indication that their replies are not going through.
Well, it turns out that for some reason in Mid December Verizon webmail started sending a bunch of my emails to the SPAM folder thus preventing them from transferring over to my Outlook Express Program. They claim that it was something I did in the webmail but I never check my email via webmail and certainly had no reason to mark 3 of my friends' addresses as SPAM, along with 2 other addresses from organizations I get email announcements from. Logging into the Verizon webmail and selecting the SPAM folder allowed me to select the messages in there and saying they are not spam. All is well.
