Can I add email sub accounts prior to my FIOS installation?

I will have FIOS installed in 5 days. I have my email account set up and data imported from Comcast, but I cannot see how to set additional email accounts (sub accounts) for my wife and kids. I go to Profile and get a msg that I can't make changes until my installation. Makes no sense, they want to move their accounts over too, this will extend the time I have to keep my Comcast active to allow them a forwarding period (right?)

am I missing something iron is that it?
