Can't attach more than one picture in an email

I am not able to send one and only sometimes two pictues as email attachments.  It tells me i have exceeded the 8mb allowed.

Can this be changed somewhere, settings????

You can try reducing the size of your pictures. You could also use an email client (such as Outlook) to send the pictures. The limit for pop3 clients is 20mb.
