Mass deleting e-mails rarely works anymore - intermittent..I keep getting a message that says "please validate your information and try again," then you have to re-check all the e-mails that you want to delete
I've had this same problem for months. Don't expect to get any answer here, since I've asked this question before. It's a really annoying problem. I have found that if I use the little circle thing on the top left next to E-MAIL, it will mostly reset and you can delete more e-mails.
I think that you and I must be the only Verizon customers in the entire country that have this problem!
