I am having the same problem. The Yahoo page says "Retry" and then results in an error 45.
How do we get this escalated? It's quite serious for my work.
I don't think I'm having the issue anymore. I talked to a live chat person twice during all of this which was a waste of time except they did say Verizon was having issues and the problem would be fixed shortly (Not!). I think I had the problem off and on for about a week. Very painful! Verizon is a master at hiding the method of logging service issues on their site. Instead you have to go through a bunch of automated canned answer nonsense that for the experienced user is maddening.
