Can't print my emails

Since this past weekend, I can't print my emails using the printer icon. When I click that button, I just get a yellow "splash" with an exclamation point in it, and no printout. I can print other docs from the laptop I'm using and I can print other Verizon Help pages. I just can't print directly from my email. Help please!
