We are using our email account in Aruba & can recieve messages via Outlook Express but get an error message every time we try to send somthing. We are using the Verizon website email as an alternate but we can't view the whole screen when doing so. We have to hit the page down ( we're using a notebook) to type in a reply. There is no scroll bar on the side to let us do it any other way. Can anyone help.
It's possible that the internet provider there in Aruba has a block on the port you are using for sending. You can try sending on a different port or using the outbound server of the ISP there.
