Can't view my email thru web

circle keeps spinning won't let me in account to see emails. Was in this morning but not for last 2 hours.

i was having the same problem...but I am also having this problem with a few other sites now too. My internet connection is very choppy throughout the house. My ps3 cuts in and out too, and my cell-phone is having a tough time with the wi-fi as well.
