I am using aol for my Verizon email account since last year. I have just received email from Verizon saying that they will start charging me $19.95 and if I want to cancel it call their 800number.
So I called, but they had no idea what I’m calling about. The third person whom I spoke to after more than 30 minutes on hold finally understood and said I had to talk to her supervisor. Now I’m on hold again and the recording told me the estimate waiting time is 1 hour and 14 minutes!!
Is there any easier way to cancel this? I’m not sure if I will be able to listen to this stupid music for more than one hour!
