I recently changed my verizon email/login password. My main email works fine but I have a sub account I use for junk purposes and now I can't get mail for it. (I get an AUTH failed in thunderbird).
I would have thought the password change would work for both the accounts.
I then tried both the old and new password on the sub account and both fail.
So what's wrong here?

I don't see how to do that, in the Profile "Manage Subaccounts" there's no apparent control for changing the password, all that's visible is "Manage Sub Accounts" -> Select a subaccount to manage" and in there there's only
"Delete This Sub Account" which isn't very useful

At one time their was an option to change subaccounts, but its been gone a long time. Now you must do it by specifically trying to logon to that account. If for some reason that doesn't work you will have to work with Verizon support.
