Contacting Someone Who Can Help Me With Manners

I was trying to access an emial account I had. While talkign to the agent they informed me the account no longer existed. I never deleted the account or messed with anything. Even though they knew the account didn't exist they watsed half an hour of my time and provided no answers. I would liek to knwo who I have to contact to register a complaint and get some answers. I am beyond frustrated and this is not my first experience with horrible customer service at verizon. Below is the conversation I had and would like some action taken on:
