In the past week I've discovered that my account has been hacked by an outside source. Since I don;t typically use the Verizon account to send my e-mails. It was only when I received a message from Verizon that I was temporarily shut off for 24 hours due to too much outgoing mail. This happened twice in the same week.
Today I went into my account and changed my password and went to my 'sub account's and discovered two sub accounts not set up by my but what I expect to be the 'hacker'. My attempts to delete these sub accounts have been unsuccessful. I keep getting message that there is a 'problem' with this command. Why?
Any suggestions or help please.
