Deleting email messages

I'm so frustrated.  So often I can't delete an email messages.  I'll get a box stating "undefinable" please try again.

Also, can't always delete more than 1 or 2 messages at a time.

I am having the same issue and I use windows internet explorer. It has been happening for months and I have lost dozens of emails because of this issue. It seemed to have started after the last "upgrade".  How can we stop this issue?
