I recently cancelled my DSL and landline with Verizon. I understand that Verizon's policy is to keep the email account out there if you have other services. I need to know how to close the email account and any sub accounts associated with it. Since my DSL is cancelled, I can no longer get into the sub account tool to close that let alone have any way of closing the master email account. Anyone have any ideas? I called into support and they told me it was going to stay out there because I had wireless services.
Currently It ain't easy. I have the problem with an account I had in NY and closed in November. I've actually worked twice with Verizon support and mine is still active.
