How rude. This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you want to get a message to Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
If you want help from your peers, you are going to need to post more information about the problem you are having. Being civil would also help.
If I were a Verizon representative, you would get no help from me.!
