E-mail Contacts (Addressbook)

Recently acquired new PC with Windows7. Previous PC was XP, using Outlook Express. New unit uses Mozilla Thunderbird. In the data transfer, Contacts list didn't make it. How do I get it from Verizon?

IF you login here: https://mail.verizon.com/webmail/driver?nimlet=showmessages&view=emails can you see all your contacts? If you can you may have to copy them to Thunderbird manually. When I went to a 3rd party email (zoho) that is what I had to do.
