E-mail printing

E-mails will not print out correctly. Sometimes it prints only top of e-mail, sometimes e-mails are printed right justified and only part of the first page of msg with only half the lines shown ; however on all out put printing I always get the msg framed by the Verizon screen including the left side function bar and Verizon screen bottom of page ad banner. I quit trying to find a solution.
