Email Folders

The email folders do not open to see the contents when touched. The folder edit and create section does work. All other aspects of the program work fine.             Does anyone know the solution?     Thanks for any help........

The problem persists with the email folders not appearing. My browser is firefox. The folders were working fine a few weeks ago. I noticed that partial viewing (one folder)  is possible through internet explorer.....still hoping for some advice, thanks.

I'm still a bit confused about what the actual issue is. Can you not see the folders at all? What happens when you click on the Folders? Are you getting any kind of error? Can you provide a screenshot of the trouble?
