This migration is not working for me, and I don't know what to do next. The initial steps seemed to go fine. I selected the migrate option, and created the new password that was required. I went over the instructions for updating my settings in Outlook 10, which only require the new password, and adding "@verizon.net" to the User Name. Okay, done. This is where it all goes wrong. I cannot log in with Outlook using the new password, OR using my iPhone with the old password. Well, it said it the migration could take a few hours, so I went to work, expecting it to working when I got home. No joy. It's now been more than 12 hours, and I have no access to my main email account. (I have five more that will also need to be migrated.) Please, if there is a way to determine if the migration has failed, if there is anything I've missed, the help would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to get a call in to FIOS tech support, and they in turn were able to contact a specialist in another office. The root of my problem, was that the Migration chose an alias I often use, rather than the root email address, as my user name. As soon as I made that change in Outlook, I was able to receive all my mail.
When you migrate successfully sign in here below and see if you get this message.

Thank you. I still can't get access, but I know a little more now. The Verizon page thinks I've already migrated, but when I try to log in to the AOL webmail, it's not recognizing my login/password. Time to play with that for a bit, and see if I can just do another password update... And, so much for that. AOL reacts by saying that the can't update my password at this time.

I just started having the same problem. Migrated two email addresses successfully, but as of May 1, the password on one of them isnt accepted on my cell. Just now when I tried to go to the aol site to check emails, it doesnt accept either one!
How can I get this fixed? Who do I call?
Was able to get my problem fixed by using the FORGOT PASSWORD link and resetting it!
