Email Multiple Problems First Time User

Hello --

Have been subscribed to the Triple Play for three months.    Email is incredibly undependable and clunky compared with Comcast.


1)  Is there a new Email program in the works -- or will somehow re-loading the current email program help?

2)   Email times-out nearly everytime I try to pull up the Calendar.

3)  Recipients often receive emails without the text I have written.  (This is a nightmare since many relate to my business.)

4)  I usually have to re log-in every time I want to pull up a new feature -- such as Support or Billing.

5) Email times-out well short of the 20 minute mark.

Rick have you considered using another email client such as Zoho? I had some issues using the verizon web site's email interface, Once I got Zoho setup I have had zero issues. It is free, here is a link if you are interested:
