How can I change the password for one of my email sub-accounts? My daughter forgot her password and I need to create a new one. I've been all over the site...no luck finding anything that was working.
No help as we're trying to do the same thing. All help here has been to change the main password, even when you say you forgot the sub account password. Guess a call to Verizon is the only way to do it.
Just called and they worked it out quickly. Support rep said they're getting a lot of calls today for subaccount password changes. Suspects that something is up on their end.
I'm having the same problem.. My account (The Primary) works fine but all the sub accounts are now locked even though they were all accessed on Iphones so the Password and Username was certainly correct.
Called Verizon on 12/24 and as expected got even worse customer service and automated run around than usual. My wife has critical emails coming in and we cannot get this resolved without talking to an actual person at Verizon.. what a **bleep**
So what is the solution to finding my sub accounts and their passwords?
