I cannot get my email page to appear while using Internet Explorer!!! This is a NEW issue.....been using IE with my account for years!
Any other page within My Verizon work fine......but the email page will NOT display!!! I get the top of the page and the verizon footer info.....but nothing else on the page.
Have Windows 7 on this laptop.......Once this stopped working (a week ago) I did upgrade IE to version 11 but there has been no change.
What gives?????

Nornally Walt's suggestion does fix it. you could also try resetting IE 11 Control panel - internet options - Advanced - reset -
Then open IE11 and test
Or install a different browser like pale moon or the more well know FireFox (both are Mozilla based) http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Uncheck " Use Microsoft Compatibility Lists". This problem has already been solved, but people are not reading other messages about this. I'm using Windows 10 with IE 11 and had the same problem until I came across this solution. Another person with Windows 8 has used my solution and it worked for him too.
