Prior to Verizon updating their email system a few weeks ago, I could manage all of my email from my phone. Ex. If I deleted an email from my phone, it automatically deleted it from my inbox on my computer. Now, I have to manage the email in both places. Is there a setting that needs to be update or are the two things ultimately not speaking to eachother?

There are a number of threads on this. A web search for "Verizon pop3 server settings" will produce the Verizon page that contains current server settings for email clients.
