A simple document. I compose my email and add an attachment. I open the document file and add it. Now where is it hidden? I sent myself a test and when I go to the far right and click on the attachment I get a box that opens with the file name. There is an option to delete but nothing about how I open it. On Comcast I never had this problem. It was quite simple.
Should be very straight forward if you are using the Verizon website to check your email. I have sent myself a test message and got a screen shot to show how it would look when you click on the download link...
