Email folder

I need to access folder in Verizon email, support site not much  help.

How do access old email that are save my folders?

 i do see that you had the browser on a higher zoom setting 125%
 this can affect your capability of viewing this option
 can you show the zoom settings?
 so i can see what was adjusted
 it should be always at 100 %
ok now i understand why i could not see the folders

I have a similar problem.  I'm in webmail in windows 8 and my folders have dissappeared.  The lext side of the view is just blank.  Can't see inbox, drafts, sent folders, etc..  Zoom is set to 100%.

I'm having a similar problem. I can't access the emails in My Folders, and don't know how to adjust the

resolution, if that is the problem.

I can get to my e-mail, but all my folders are gone.  Can anyone help me out as to how to get them back?

You need to enable compatibility mode for the site in IE:
