Email is hacked, I cannot get a new password

My Email seemingly has been hacked. My password has been changed, my security question answer has been changed as well. All my attempts to get a new password ended with a new one to be sent to the very E-address which I cannot reach. All attempts to use PIN produced the necessitiy to enter a password.

You'll need to call Tech Support to get that sorted out. Verizon has options for contacting them on their Contact Us page, but the main number is 1-800-VERIZON.
