I am sorry to hear about the issue with your email. Are you still having difficulties? If you are, please let me know if these sign problems are happening on the website as well as your outlook.
There have been issues for more than a week. Sign in allows login, then closes. Asks if I have FIOS. NOT available in my area. You would think Verizon would know this. Unable to trouble shoot, as problem not available unless I have FIOS. Any assistance from someone other than Verizon employees, would be greatly appreciated.
