My email (throught Outlook) is suddenly not letting outgoing mail through. Receives fine but nothing goes out. My settings are confirmed correct but it's not working........

Hi ChevDav,

I live in the People's Republic of NJ, and not been able to receive any e-mail as of March 26, 2013, have called customer support many, many, times they just say they can't understand where its coming from?  They say they will call you back the next day, and NEVER do!!  What state do you live in?  Just wondered how widespread the outage is?  Thanks In Advance
