Email on new iPhone won't send out messages.

Error message says "the recipient (my Verizon email address) was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying". What does this even mean?

Just sent successfully a test message from my iPhone to my VZ Inbox

Running IOS 10.2

Email System VZ mail settings worked before?

Suggest reenter settings  and reboot  phone.
