I am trying to help a friend out, she and her husband recently switched over from Verizon DSL to Comcast.
They can no longer get their verizon.net email address account via outlook, already verified the outlook settings are correct. However they can access those same email address accounts on their phones, both of which are Verizon wireless plans.
I tried accessing their email on verizon.net website.....no luck, in fact a window popped up, something about the account suspended or something similar. I am going to help her call Verizon on Monday while we are at work to better understand the problem but was hoping I may be able to get answers here first.
Any ideas?
