Has anyone else had this problem? My subaccount works for email through outlook but not through Verizon.net. Any ideas on how long it takes to resolve a problem?

Sorry to hear that you're having problems. If it's working in outlook but not the website, most likely it's a password issue. Go to webmail.verizon.com and click on the option that says "Forgot User ID or Password" to reset it. Follow the instructions there and remember to update your password in Outlook also once you're done. Please let us know if you have any other problems.

I can access my e-mail thru webmail but not thru outlook. My internet provider is TWC, and this issue began on 17 September. It was supposed to be resolved by 26 September. Can't reach the POP3 Server going thru outlook. Help!!!
